Scope

What it covers.

Scope & proposal review

Pre-contract review of the yard or integrator's AV/IT specification or bid. Omissions, padding, and lock-ins identified. Recommendation memo.

Drawing & commissioning audit

The integrator's drawings, schedules, and commissioning packages checked for consistency and against current best practice. Written report and walkthrough call.

Pre-purchase survey

Buyer-side survey of an existing vessel: installed-systems inventory, end-of-life equipment, and a refit cost forecast.

Fixed scope, owner-side

Every engagement is fixed-scope and owner-side. The recommendation has nothing to do with what gets installed afterwards.

FAQ

Common questions.

When should a review happen?
The highest-leverage point is before contracts are signed — a pre-contract review can still change scope, pricing, and exclusions. Audits of work in flight or at handover catch defects while the integrator is still accountable.
What do you deliver?
A written report with findings ranked by severity, plus a walkthrough call. Pre-contract reviews conclude with a recommendation memo the owner team can act on directly.
Are you independent of the integrators?
Yes. No installation revenue, no vendor commissions, no referral fees. The advice is the only product.
