Scope

What it covers.

Build & refit oversight

Owner-side technical presence across the project — from pre-refit scoping and vendor selection through commissioning and handover.

Test attendance

FAT, HAT, and SAT attendance on behalf of the owner, with defects tracked to closure rather than noted and forgotten.

Weekly written reports

A short written report each week: what progressed, what slipped, what needs an owner decision. No surprises at handover.

Handover documentation

The documentation the next crew actually needs — as-builts, credentials handled properly, and a working technical reference.

FAQ

Common questions.

New build or refit?
Both. The job is the same — protecting the owner’s interest in the AV/IT scope — the difference is the project phase and the paperwork involved.
How much time does it take?
It scales with the project: milestone attendance plus remote review for most builds, heavier on-site presence around commissioning windows. Scoped and agreed up front.
Do you replace the integrator?
No. The integrator does the work; we make sure it matches what was contracted, on the owner’s side of the table.
